She did laser all day and answered messages all night.

The business
A single-operator aesthetics clinic in East London. About £100k a year (roughly $127,000), open a year.
What was happening
Days on treatments, evenings on her phone answering the same questions. Bookings ran through Salonify, client records ran on pen and paper. Enquiries went unanswered for hours, and in aesthetics the gap between a message and a reply is often the difference between a booked client and a lost one.
What I found
She came to me for automation. That's what most people ask for first.
But there was nothing underneath to automate. The client record was paper, the customer journey existed only in her memory, and the front end wasn't converting the enquiries she was working so hard to answer. Automation sits on top of infrastructure. There wasn't any.
What I built
A proper front end: website, Google Business profile, and a referral process feeding it. An AI assistant trained on her own knowledge, answering client questions around the clock and routing people into bookings.
Behind it, one platform holding client records, medical history forms, and the automated patch test sequence her treatments require, plus reminders, a clear calendar, and a financial dashboard.
About four weeks, paced to her.
What changed
The repetitive questions stopped reaching her. Bookings came in directly. The paper went.
