The site is informational

This site describes my services and offers free tools, including the Easeful Scorecard and The Ops Room. Content is provided for general information. It is not professional, legal, financial or regulatory advice, and using the site does not create a client relationship. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.

The scorecard

The Easeful Scorecard produces an indicative assessment based on the answers you give and the Easeful Framework. It is a starting point for a conversation, not a guarantee of any outcome, valuation or result.

Intellectual property

The content, design and the Easeful Framework™ are owned by Easeful Operations unless stated otherwise. You may share links to pages, but you may not copy or reuse the content without permission.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is”. I work to keep it accurate and available but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and I am not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, to the extent permitted by law.

External links and embeds

The site links to and embeds third-party services, such as Cal.com for booking. I am not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are contracting from elsewhere, including the US, any engagement agreement will set out the position that applies to our work together.
