I've spent seven years in operations, business change and digital transformation, across care, clinical research, creative agencies and professional services. In that time I've learned that most operational problems aren't complicated. They're just invisible to the people living inside them.
Where I learned this
I was part of the founding team at Engage Care Services, which went from zero to 200+ staff and £4M in under two years. I built the operational systems that made that possible, from scratch, while the business was growing underneath me. I learned what breaks at ten staff, at fifty, and at two hundred, because I was the one fixing it each time.
From there I moved into business change consulting, running full EOS implementations for founder-led businesses across the US and UK. Accountability charts, scorecards, quarterly rhythm, and hiring against the people tools.
Today I lead digital transformation in clinical research, delivering enterprise ERP implementation and process redesign in one of the most tightly regulated environments there is. It's taught me something most operations people never learn: how to build compliance into the way a business runs, rather than bolting it on before an inspection.

Why I do this
I've always had a heart for service and for teaching. That's the honest answer.
More people than ever are having to build something of their own, whether they planned to or not. My mission is to make that possible for as many of them as want it, not just the ones who can afford a leadership team.
And it was never really about the money saved. It's about what the saved time and money buy back. A parent who makes the school run again. A holiday that's actually affordable. A business that carries on running while you're on it.
You started this to improve your quality of life. Most of my work is just making sure you don't lose sight of that.

I'm based in the UK and work with clients across the US, UK and Australia. In practice that means my afternoons are your mornings, which covers most of the working day on the East Coast and the start of it on the West. Everything I build is remote-first, because it has to be.
